Alberta golf course openings (as of April 23, 2018)

After a prolonged Alberta winter, golfers looking to get in their first round of the year (in late April?) have a few options - but all in southern Alberta and in British Columbia. Yes, golf in Alberta has come a little late this year thanks to chilly weather and unusually large dumps of snow province-wide this spring. And hey, we’re generally positive people, but we can’t count out another snowstorm before May long weekend, right? Nevertheless, with the next couple of weeks expected to be sunny and relatively warm, golf courses around Alberta will be opening their doors. While this is not an exhaustive list, we’ve kept our eyes open for those Alberta (and interior BC) golf courses that have opened up, or who have a tentative opening date, for players to get out on the links.
